Keysi Fighting Method (KFM) is the consequence of real events, experiences and subsequent years of investigation by its founders Justo Dieguez and Andy Norman. KFM is a Spanish martial art, born on the streets in the late 1950's, therefore old and primitive traditions do not bind it, nor do they limit its never-ending process of evolution. If we are to truly grow and develop as human beings then we must first break free from all past conditioning.

KFM is dedicated to the study and investigation of survival in the modern day urban environment. You must allow yourself to evolve and grow on a daily basis if you are to truly absorb the essence of KFM. KFM lives in the blood and not in the collection of techniques.

What is the PENSADOR?

The PENSADOR is the mother of all creation as far as the KFM is concerned; it's a pure instinctive reaction that exists inside each and every one of us. In fact, many of the specific movements within the KFM are a consequence of instinctive reactions that the body makes whilst under the threat of extreme physical violence. So, rather than trying to desensitize something that the mind and body will do automatically, is it not best to work with our instinct and develop our abilities in harmony with nature?
